FIRST PARTY REMEDIES. 17.1. Second Party acknowledges that the enforcement of this Agreement may require approval of certain regulatory authorities and copies of all Default Notices, legal proceedings, etc. will be forwarded to the appropriate agency as required by state law or regulation. Second Party further acknowledges that upon any Event of Default, and at any time thereafter, First Party, may in addition to any and all rights and remedies it may have at law or in equity, without notice to or demand upon any party to this Agreement and at its sole option:
17.1.1. Declare all amounts remaining unpaid under this Agreement immediately due and payable and interest shall accrue on any outstanding balance due First Party at a rate of 1.5% per month, which is 18% per annum, until paid in full; 17

17.1.4. Require Second Party to return the Equipment, at Second Party's expense, to a place designated by First Party;
17.1.5. Render the Equipment unusable in such manner as is reasonable under the circumstances;
