First Recourse Enforcement. The Security created may be enforced without the Debenture Trustee first having recourse to any other security or rights or taking any other steps or proceedings against the Issuer or any other Person, or may be enforced for any balance due before or after resorting to any one or more means of obtaining payment or discharge of the Amounts Due.
