Common use of First Segment Clause in Contracts

First Segment. The Performance Period for the first one-third vesting of Performance Shares (those vesting on the Normal Vesting Date in January 2021) shall be the calendar year ending on December 31, 2020.

First Segment. The Performance Period for the first one-third vesting of Performance Shares (those vesting on the Normal Vesting Date in January 20212022) shall be the calendar year ending on December 31, 20202021.
