Common use of FIRST SOURCE JOBS ORDINANCE Clause in Contracts

FIRST SOURCE JOBS ORDINANCE. The Contractor is required to comply with the DeKalb County First Source Jobs Ordinance, Code of DeKalb County as Revised 1988, section 2-231 et seq., and among other things, is required to make a good faith effort to hire DeKalb County residents for at least fifty percent 50% of all jobs created by an Eligible Project, as that term is defined in the First Source Ordinance, using the First Source Registry.
