Fiscal 2007 Bonus Program. As used herein, the term “Bonusable Net Income” means Versant’s reported net income (if any) for Versant’s fiscal year ending October 31, 2007 (the “2007 Fiscal Year”), as determined in accordance with United States generally accepted accounting principles (“GAAP”) but computed before deduction of Employee’s bonus provided for in this §2A(1)(b).
