Fiscal Accounting. A special fund for facilities rentals shall be maintained at each school through the internal accounts of the school. All fees and costs charged for the use of school facilities will be processed through this fund. Any significant balance of the fund may be used by the school for improvements and upkeep of the rented facilities.
