Fiscal Agent to Sign Amendments, etc. The Fiscal Agent need not sign any supplement or amendment to this Agreement that adversely affects its rights. In signing any amendment, supplement or waiver, the Fiscal Agent shall be entitled to receive, and (subject to Section 7.02) shall be fully protected in relying upon an Officers’ Certificate and Opinion of Counsel stating that such amendment, supplement or waiver is not prohibited by the Agreement.
