Common use of Fiscal Months Clause in Contracts

Fiscal Months. The first Fiscal Quarter of each Fiscal Year shall commence on the first day of the Fiscal Year and the last Fiscal Quarter shall end on the last day of the Fiscal Year.

Fiscal Months. The first Fiscal Quarter of each Fiscal Year shall commence on the first day of the each Fiscal Year and the last Fiscal Quarter shall end on the last day of the Fiscal Year; provided, however, that for purposes hereof, the first Fiscal Quarter may be a short Fiscal Quarter beginning on the first day of the first Fiscal Month beginning on or after the Closing Date and ending on that date which would have been the ending date for such Fiscal Quarter if such Fiscal Quarter had been part of a Fiscal Year commencing on the Wednesday following the last Tuesday in the December immediately preceding the Closing Date.
