Fiscal obligations. 15.1. This Agreement is signed digitally in accordance with the applicable regulations. All the taxes and duties relating to or resulting from the stipulation of this Agreement, including the revenue stamp on the digital original as referred to in Article 2 of the table in Annex A – tariff part I of Presidential Decree 642/1972, and the registration tax, must be paid in accordance with the applicable regulations.
