Fiscal obligations. The Provider undertakes to observe all applicable rules and to comply with his/her/its fiscal obligations in: a) submitting a request for payment, or an invoice, to the Council in conformity with the applicable legislation; b) declaring all fees received from the Council for tax purposes as required in his/her/its country of fiscal residence.
