Fiscal Oversight/Utilization Review. Administrative and fiscal oversight, monitoring and auditing shall be conducted for the provision of Drug Medi-Cal SUD services. On-site post services, post payment utilization reviews must be conducted. Contractor shall develop a system of fiscal disbursement and controls and monitor the process.
