Fiscal Quarter. Subject to Section 6.4.1, for the first three Fiscal Quarters of each year, the 13 week period commencing on the day after the last day of the preceding Fiscal Quarter and for the fourth Fiscal Quarter of each year, the period commencing on the day after the last day of the third Fiscal Quarter and ending on the Saturday closest to January 31 of each year.
