Fiscal Recording Requirements. The Grantee’s financial management system shall be structured to provide for accurate, current, and complete disclosure of the financial results of the Program funded under this grant program. The Grantee is accountable for all Grant Funds received under this ▇▇▇▇▇, including those attributed to subgrantees. The Grantee shall maintain effective control and accountability over all Grant Funds, equipment, property, and other assets under the grant as required by the Department. The Grantee shall keep records sufficient to permit the tracing of Grant Funds to a level of expenditure adequate to insure that Grant Funds have not been inappropriately expended, and must have internal controls consistent with generally accepted accounting practices adopted by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
