Fiscal Stress Notification from State Treasurer. If the State Treasurer notifies the Academy that the State Treasurer has declared the potential for Academy financial stress exists, the Academy shall provide a copy of the notice to the Charter Schools Office. Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the notification from the Academy, the Charter Schools Office Director shall notify the Academy whether the Charter Schools Office is interested in entering into a contract to perform an administrative review for the Academy. The parties shall consult with the Department of Treasury on the development of the contract and the contract for administrative review shall comply with the Code. If the College is not interested in performing an administrative review or the parties are unable to reach agreement on an administrative review, the Academy shall consider entering into a contract for an administrative review with an intermediate school district.
