Fiscal Year 2006 Payment. To secure payment on or before July 1, 2005 of the Contribution Amount for Fiscal Year 2006, the City will execute, acknowledge, record (after recordation of the Exhibit E Deed of Trust) and deliver to SDCERS, within 20 days of the Court’s entry of a judgment approving the Agreement, a Deed of Trust in form and content as set forth on Exhibit D attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Within 20 calendar days after payment of the contribution amount for Fiscal Year 2006, SDCERS will execute and deliver to the trustee under the Exhibit D Deed of Trust a request for full reconveyance thereof.

  • Fiscal Year; Taxable Year The fiscal year and the taxable year of the Company is the calendar year.

  • End of Fiscal Years; Fiscal Quarters The Borrower will cause (i) its and each of its Domestic Subsidiaries’ fiscal years to end on December 31 of each calendar year and (ii) its and each of its Domestic Subsidiaries’ fiscal quarters to end on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 of each calendar year.

  • Annual Accounting Period The annual accounting period of the Company shall be its taxable year. The Company’s taxable year shall be selected by the Member, subject to the requirements and limitations of the Code.

  • Minimum Revenue Borrower and its Subsidiaries shall have Revenue from sales, marketing or distribution of the Product and related services (for each respective measured period, the “Minimum Required Revenue”): (a) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2015, of at least $45,000,000; (b) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2016, of at least $80,000,000; (c) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2017, of at least $110,000,000; and (d) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2018, of at least $120,000,000; and (e) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2019, of at least $120,000,000.
