Fiscal Year and Monthly Accounting Periods. Kenvue will, and will cause each member of the Kenvue Group to, maintain a fiscal year for purposes of GAAP reporting that commences and ends on the same calendar days as J&J’s fiscal year commences and ends and maintain monthly accounting periods for purposes of GAAP reporting that commence and end on the same calendar days as J&J’s monthly accounting periods commence and end.
