Fiscal Year and Quarter. The Parent shall not, and shall not permit any Subsidiary of the Borrower to, change its fiscal year from the twelve-month period beginning January 1 and ending December 31 or to change its fiscal quarters from the calendar quarters beginning January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.
