Fiscal Year; Fiscal Quarters; Accounting Periods; Accounting Methods. (a) The Fiscal Year shall be the calendar year and the Accounting Period shall be the same as the Fiscal Year.

Fiscal Year; Fiscal Quarters; Accounting Periods; Accounting Methods. (a) The Fiscal Year of the Company shall be the calendar year, unless the Managing Member determines otherwise and gives Notification of such determination to the Members and Assignees.

  • Fiscal Year; Fiscal Quarter The Borrower shall not change its fiscal year or any of its fiscal quarters, without the Administrative Agent’s prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

  • Fiscal Year and Accounting Method The fiscal year of the Company shall be as designated by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall also determine the accounting method to be used by the Company.

  • Fiscal Year and Accounting Methods Borrower may not and may not permit any Company to change its fiscal year or its method of accounting (other than immaterial changes in methods or as required or permitted by GAAP).
