Neither the Borrower nor any Subsidiary will change its, or permit any Guarantor or other Subsidiary to change its, fiscal year or fiscal quarters (other than the fiscal year or fiscal quarters of a Person that becomes a Subsidiary, at the time such Person becomes a Subsidiary, to conform to Borrower’s, any Subsidiary’s fiscal year and fiscal quarters).
