Fiscal Year; Accounting The Company's fiscal year shall be the calendar year with an ending month of December.
Fiscal Year The fiscal year of the Partnership shall be the calendar year.
Fiscal Year; Fiscal Quarter The Borrower shall not change its fiscal year or any of its fiscal quarters, without the Administrative Agent’s prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
Fiscal Year End Change, or permit any Subsidiary of any Borrower to change, its fiscal year end.
Annual Accounting Period The annual accounting period of the Company shall be its taxable year. The Company’s taxable year shall be selected by the Member, subject to the requirements and limitations of the Code.
End of Fiscal Years; Fiscal Quarters The Borrower will cause (i) each of its fiscal years to end on December 31 of each year and (ii) its fiscal quarters to end on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31, respectively, of each year.
Fiscal Year and Accounting Method The fiscal year of the Company shall be as designated by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall also determine the accounting method to be used by the Company.
Taxable Year The taxable year of the Partnership shall be the calendar year.
Annual Accounting The Custodian shall, at least annually, provide the Depositor or Beneficiary (in the case of death) with an accounting of such Depositor's account. Such accounting shall be deemed to be accepted by the Depositor or the Beneficiary, if the Depositor or Beneficiary does not object in writing within 60 days after the mailing of such accounting statement.
Change in Fiscal Year Such Obligor will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, change the last day of its fiscal year from that in effect on the date hereof, except to change the fiscal year of a Subsidiary acquired in connection with an Acquisition to conform its fiscal year to that of Borrower.
