Fiserv Bankruptcy Sample Clauses

Fiserv Bankruptcy. Client may terminate this Agreement (i) upon sixty (60) days written notice to Fiserv in the event Fiserv commits an act of bankruptcy or becomes the subject ti any proceeding under the Bankruptcy Code and such action or proceeding is not dismissed by the end of such 60-day period, or (ii) upon written notice in the event Fiserv becomes insolvent or if any substantial part of Fiserv's property becomes subject to any levy, seizure, assignment application, or sale for or by any creditor or governmental agency.
