Common use of Fit of Subcontractor's Work Clause in Contracts

Fit of Subcontractor's Work. Before proceeding with the Work under the Subcontract, the Subcontractor will check all previous and surrounding work done by other related trades and determine the correctness of same as required to incorporate the Work of this Subcontract, and shall report any discrepancies immediately to the Contractor. Failure on the Subcontractor's part to report discrepancies will constitute a waiver by Subcontractor and relieve the Contractor of any and all claims to recover cost or damage resulting therefrom.
