Fix Term and Termination. This TCS Attachment shall be concluded for a fix term of six (6) years from the date of the fulfilment of the conditions precedent according to Article 10.1. After the fixed six (6) year period, the TCS-Attachment shall automatically terminate unless the Parties agree on an additional contract period. The Parties shall agree on such extension two (2) months prior to the end of the original term.
