Common use of Fixed Management Fee Clause in Contracts

Fixed Management Fee. Beginning with the Commencement Date of the Term of this Lease, Tenant shall pay, in addition to the Basic Rent and Additional Rent, a fixed monthly management fee equal to 3% of the Basic Rent due for each month during the Lease Term ("Management Fee").
