Common use of Fixed Monthly Service Fees Clause in Contracts

Fixed Monthly Service Fees. The cost for Services requiring a fixed monthly fee shall be as stated in the Service Agreement and shall be payable monthly, in advance, plus all applicable taxes, tariffs, governmental assessments, surcharges and fees (collectively, the “Fixed Service Fee(s)”). The Fixed Service Fee for the first month of Service shall be due and payable prior to installation of Service and if commencement of Service occurs on other than the first calendar day of the month then the Fixed Service Fee will be prorated by the number of calendar days remaining in the month. Thereafter, the Fixed Service Fee is due and payable in advance on the first day of each month and shall be considered late if not received by ZettaLync by the tenth calendar day of each month. Upon the expiration of the Initial Term or Agreed Renewal Term, Fixed Service Fees are subject to change by ZettaLync in the same manner as Variable Monthly Usage Fees as discussed below.
