Common use of Fixed Price Framework Prices Clause in Contracts

Fixed Price Framework Prices. 3.4.1 Where Table 1 of Annex 1 indicates that a Framework Price is to be calculated by reference to a Fixed Price pricing mechanism, the relevant Framework Price shall be the amount set out against that Framework Price in Table 2 of Annex 2.
