Common use of Fixed Price Task Order Clause in Contracts

Fixed Price Task Order. 2.2 The Contractor and Company will agree on a fixed price for Task Orders issued to engage Contractor for a fixed scope of Deliverables within a defined timeframe (“Fixed Price Task Order(s)”). The number and details of resources to be applied to the Deliverables will be at the Contractor’s discretion. The Company will specify certain norms to ensure quality and consistency in the Task Order, which, once issued, will not be changed, except after mutual discussions. Norms may include but are not limited, to target service levels and associated rewards and penalties, acceptable personnel attrition, value, volume or early payment discounts, or other requirements the Parties mutually agree to include.
