Fixed Pricing. If "Pricing Fixed for Term" is identified in Maintenance Plan Features, the maintenance component of the Minimum Payment and Print Charges will not increase during the initial Term of this Agreement.

Fixed Pricing. The fixed price is the sum of a metal component fixed price and a conversion component. a/Metal component fixed price. Fixed Pricing. Except for the process described in the “Annual Competitive Review Process” section of this Contract, all prices, terms, warranties and benefits granted by the Supplier in their proposal and this Contract are fixed and stabilized for the term of the Contract, including any extension years.
Fixed Pricing. If the Owner elects not to utilize unit pricing, or in the event that unit pricing is not available or appropriate as determined by Owner’s Authorized Representative, fixed pricing may be used for Change Order Work. In fixed pricing the basis of payments or total price shall be agreed upon in writing between the parties to the Contract, and shall be established before the Work is done whenever feasible. The mark-ups set forth in Section 4.A.8.c shall be utilized by the parties as a guide in establishing fixed pricing, and will not be exceeded without adequate justification.
