Fixed Rate Plan. You will pay the fixed rate per kWh as specified in your Welcome Letter or Electric Service Agreement for the length of your Term. This rate is only available to new customers.
Fixed Rate Plan. You will pay the fixed rate per therm as specified in your Welcome Letter or Natural Gas Service Agreement for the length of your Term. You may also pay a monthly administrative fee, the amount of which, if applicable, is disclosed in your Welcome Letter or Natural Gas Service Agreement.

Your fixed rate will be no greater than 5% above the LDU’s posted 12-month historical rolling average of LDU default supply rates on the day you execute this Agreement. Following the end of the Initial Term, and unless an alternative pricing provision is negotiated between the Parties, the Price for Service shall thereafter be variable month to month Agreement.
Fixed Rate Plan. Your Legacy MilesAway Essential Card is subject to the fixed rate plan, purchases on your Account are charged a fixed ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE (“Fixed APR”). The Fixed APR is 9.99% per annum, except in states which require us to apply a lower rate under the state usury statut es for commercial loans. Balance Transfers and Cash Advance transactions are charged the Fixed APR of 14.99% except in states which require us to apply a lower rate under the state usury statutes for commercial loans . The “Periodic Rate” for any given billing cycle shall be calculated in accordance with the following formula: (Annual Percentage Rate/365) x (Number of days in billing cycle) = Periodic Rate.
Fixed Rate Plan. If your Contract Summary indicates that you have chosen a SmartBudget electric or natural gas product, the rate for the electricity and/or natural gas supplied to you by IDT Energy during the Fixed Rate Billing Cycles of this Agreement (as that term is defined in your Contract Summary), will be the fixed rate set forth on your Contract Summary. After the Fixed Rate Billing Cycles have ended, the rate will be a variable rate which may change monthly at IDT Energy’s discretion based on the factors detailed above in the description of the Variable Rate Plan.

Variable Rate Plan: The rate per therm may be adjusted monthly to reflect market conditions, including market pricing of commodity, transportation, profit, and other market price factors. Service continues on a month to month basis and may be cancelled by the Customer at any time without penalty. For Variable Rate gas service that includes a three-month introductory price, customers will pay the introductory rate(s) set forth above for the first three months of service; beginning in the fourth month of service, such customers will pay a price for gas and/or electricity determined according to the variable rate pricing method set forth above. SunSea Energy will have the option, on notice to you, to adjust the Billing Quantity for fuel and line loss retained by your utility and interstate transporters from the Purchase Quantities. You are also responsible for paying all applicable taxes and fees. If you are tax exempt, you must furnish SunSea Energy with an exemption certificate before service begins.

Fixed Rate Plan. Under the fixed rate plan agreement with Stream Energy, your rate per therm is fixed at the specified term as set forth in your Disclosure Statement. If you have a fixed term agreement with Stream Energy and it is approaching the expiration date, or whenever we propose to change our terms and conditions of service in any type of agreement, you will receive written notification from us prior to the date of expiration of or change to the agreement. We will explain your options to you in this advance notification.
Fixed Rate Plan. If Customer has chosen a Fixed Rate product, Customer Price per Ccf is guaranteed not to change during Initial Term. Variable Rate. If Customer has chosen a variable rate product, Customer Price per Ccf will be established and may vary each month, based upon such factors as natural gas market pricing, transportation or transmission costs, utility charges and other market price related factors, plus all applicable state, local, and use taxes. If Customer’s Local Utility pro-rates between months, and if a billing cycle spans across multiple months, Customer’s Local Utility will apply the Variable Rates pro-rated based on the Local Utilities billing methodology. The Variable Rate will be set in NAP's discretion and may vary from month to month based on NAP's assessment of applicable market conditions, and publicly available data and indices, historic and projected supply and hedging costs, prior months pricing and balancing costs, projected average customer bill amounts and Local Utility pricing. Customer’s Variable Rate may include the following additional costs: balancing costs, transportation costs, line loss costs, storage costs, pooling charges, credit costs, and a profit margin determined in NAP's discretion that may vary from month to month, but will not exceed forty (40) cents of the preceding calendar month (prior to the effect of any utility pro- rata billing methodology). Customer Variable Price may be higher or lower than the price offered in the initial or any following months while NAP is providing Supply Service. Savings are not guaranteed. Customer may contact NAP at its contact Information to obtain previous months rates. At any time, Customer may ask NAP to convert Customer rate plan from Variable to Fixed at NAP’s then current Fixed Rate, if available.
