Common use of Fixed Registry-Level Fee Clause in Contracts

Fixed Registry-Level Fee. The fixed annual fee shall be based on the level of registered names within the TLD as of 30 June of each year as follows: if fewer than 5,000 registered names, the annual Registry-Level Fee is $500; if 5,000 or more registered names, but fewer than 50,000, the annual Registry-Level Fee is $5,000. If the registry for the TLD shall have 50,000 or more registered names as of such date, Registry Operator shall be subject to a Registry-Level Transaction Fee for each fiscal quarter as outlined in Section 7.2(c) below.
