Common use of Fixed Salary Clause in Contracts

Fixed Salary. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be paid an amount of €225,000 per year, payable in twelve (12) equal monthly installments, as fixed salary, less the Executive’s share of social costs.

Fixed Salary. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be paid an amount of €225,000 USD 295,000 per year, payable in twelve (12) equal monthly installmentsaccordance with the Company’s current payroll practices, as fixed salary, less the Executive’s share of social costsapplicable payroll related taxes.
