Fixed Subrent. Subtenant shall pay Sublandlord, without notice or demand, in lawful money of the United States of America, "FIXED SUBRENT" in the amounts set forth on ANNEX 1 attached hereto and made a part hereof on the dates set forth therein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties acknowledge and agree that Fixed Subrent shall be increased to reflect payments required pursuant to the provisions of SECTION 2.2.2 hereof.
