Fixed Term Licenses. If Lenovo licenses the Program for a fixed term, Licensee’s license is terminated at the end of the fixed term, unless Licensee and Lenovo agree to renew it.
Fixed Term Licenses. HCL will license the Program for a fixed term. Licensee's entitlement is terminated at the end of the fixed term, unless Licensee and HCL agree to renew it. During the fixed term, licensee Subscribes to program updates and has access to Product Support.
Fixed Term Licenses. If IBM licenses the Program for a fixed term, Licensee's license is terminated at the end of the fixed term, unless Licensee and IBM agree to renew it.

A Fixed Term License is for the definite time period specified by IBM in a TD. Client may terminate a current Fixed Term License before its end date by giving at least 30 days' written notice to IBM and will receive a prorated refund for any whole months of remaining prepaid term.
Fixed Term Licenses. Unless otherwise provided in an applicable Schedule or Order, Maintenance Services are provided as part of the license fees for fixed term licenses to Software.
Fixed Term Licenses. The maintenance term is aligned in time with the term of a Fixed Term License. Termination of maintenance is also bound to the termination of a Fixed Term License. There is no maintenance renewal without renewal of a Fixed Term License and no maintenance termination without termination of the joint Fixed Term License. Terms and renewal or termination conditions are defined in the quotes and purchase orders.
Fixed Term Licenses. If BPD licenses the Program for a fixed term, LICENSEE's license is terminated at the end of the fixed term, unless LICENSEE and BPD agree to renew it. All Software as a Service licenses are for a fixed term, but can be renewed by extending the subscription to the service.
Fixed Term Licenses. In case of a FIXED TERM LICENSE TRANSWARE shall be entitled to remedy the notified defects or the claimed mal- performance through repairs or replacement free of charge. In the event remedies are unreasonable or TRANSWARE decides to waive its right to remedy, the CUSTOMER shall be entitled to a reasonable reduction of the respective PRICE provided that the CUSTOMER has given written notice according to section 7.1 and has announced its right to a reduction of compensation in writing.
