Common use of Fixture Filings Clause in Contracts

Fixture Filings. Proper fixture filings under the Uniform Commercial Code on Form UCC-1 for filing under the Uniform Commercial Code in the appropriate jurisdiction in which such Mortgaged Property is located, to the extent reasonably necessary in the jurisdiction in which the Mortgaged Property is located, to perfect the security interests in fixtures purported to be created by the Mortgages in favor of the Collateral Agent for its benefit and the benefit of the Secured Parties.

Fixture Filings.
