Fleet and Affiliates. Fleet and any of its Affiliates may generally engage in any kind of business with Seller, Parent, any Originator or any Obligor, any of their respective Affiliates and any Person who may do business with or own securities of Seller, Parent, any Originator or any Obligor or any of their respective Affiliates, all as if Fleet were not the Administrator, and without any duty to account therefor to Purchaser or any other holder of an interest in Pool Receivables.
