Flex Day Assignments. Nine (9) month and ten (10) month employees shall not normally be scheduled to work during the winter and spring student recess periods. Nine (9) month and ten (10) month employees involved in instructional assignments shall work on assigned "Flex Days." (as defined per the academic calendar).
