Flexible or Alternative Scheduling. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the CCSNH, with at least fifteen (15) calendar days prior notice, from arranging flexible or alternative work schedules. Covered employees shall have the right to request a flexible or alternative schedule and to receive a timely response from management regarding such requests. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
