Single Premium Credit Life Insurance None of the proceeds of the Mortgage Loan were used to finance single-premium credit life insurance policies;
Premium Payment The Bank shall pay any premiums due on the Policy.
Premium Payments The insurance companies shall have no recourse against the County and funding agencies, its officers and employees or any of them for payment of any premiums or assessments under any policy issued by a mutual insurance company.
Premium Rates HEALTH PLAN’s premium rates are guaranteed for twelve (12) months from the initial enrollment date of the Supplement, which shall be the effective date of the Supplement, and from each subsequent anniversary renewal date thereof. Renewal increases will be based on HEALTH PLAN’s “new business” rates in effect on the anniversary date of the Supplement effective date with GROUP.
Premium Pay “Premium Pay” is a special pay rate for working during times that are less desirable, such as weekends, holidays or late shifts. The City will not pay the Consultant Premium Pay.
Payment of Principal, Premium and Interest The Company covenants and agrees for the benefit of each series of Securities that it will duly and punctually pay the principal of and any premium and interest on the Securities of that series in accordance with the terms of the Securities and this Indenture.
Flexible Spending Account The parties agree that the State shall have the right to use State Employee Health Plan funds to cover the administrative costs of operating the medical and dependent care flexible spending account programs.
Payment of Principal, Premium, if any, and Interest The Company covenants and agrees for the benefit of the Holders of the Securities that it will duly and punctually pay the principal of and any premium and interest (including any Additional Interest) on the Securities in accordance with the terms of the Securities and this Indenture.

Payment Plan Despite the payment terms in Annexure B, We may, but are not obliged to, enter into a specific payment plan with You if You can demonstrate a financial need. However, any payment plans: (a) will require all Accommodation Fee payments to be made in advance; and (b) must be agreed by Us and You prior to the Commencement Date.
