Flexible Working Hours/Weeks. During the life of this Agreement, flexible working hours may be introduced provided that: (a) they are mutually agreed upon between the Employee and the Employer in writing; and (b) the number of hours worked in the course of a week does not exceed the limits stipulated in Clause 17.02 above.
