Flextronics Retains Ownership of Flextronics Proprietary Information. Flextronics shall retain exclusive right, title, and interest to all Flextronics Proprietary Information; and provided, that Nortel Networks has fulfilled its payment obligations, Flextronics will grant NNL a limited, world-wide, non-exclusive, and royalty-free license, but not as a stand-alone license, solely to make or have made, use, and sell any Flextronics Proprietary Information incorporated into the Products or used in the manufacture of the Products and provided that Nortel Networks shall have the right to sub-license such rights to Nortel Networks Vendors for the purpose of manufacturing Products or distributing Systems.
