Common use of Floating Interest Rate Clause in Contracts

Floating Interest Rate. The loan interest rate shall be determined by the benchmark interest rate plus the floating range. The benchmark interest rate shall be the benchmark loan interest rate of the People's Bank of China on withdrawal date corresponding to the loan term stipulated in Article 2. The floating range shall be 30% (☒ higher than / ☐ lower than / ☐ the same to) the benchmark loan interest rate (only select one), and the floating range shall remain unchanged during the term of this Contract.
