Flood Hazard Areas. No portion of the Property is located in an area identified as a special flood hazard area by the Federal Emergency Management Agency or other applicable agency, or if any portion of the Property is located in an area identified as a special flood hazard area by the Federal Emergency Management Agency or other applicable agency, then flood insurance has been obtained for the Property or such portion thereof in accordance with Section 14.3 of the Lease and in accordance with the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968, as amended.
