Flood Hazard Areas. No portion of the Leased Property is located in an area identified as a special flood hazard area by the Federal Emergency Management Agency or other applicable Governmental Authority. If the Leased Property is located in an area identified as a special flood hazard area by the Federal Emergency Management Agency or other applicable Governmental Authority, then, to the extent required by Applicable Laws, flood insurance has been obtained by Lessee in accordance with the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968, as amended.
