The Administrative Agent shall have received for each Mortgaged Property (i) a completed “life-of-loan” Federal Emergency Management Agency standard flood hazard determination, (ii) if such Mortgaged Property located in an area identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (or any successor agency) as a special flood hazard area, a notice about Special Flood Hazard Area status and flood disaster assistance duly executed by the Borrower and the applicable Loan Party relating thereto) and (iii) if such Mortgaged Property located in an area identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (or any successor agency) as a special flood hazard area, a copy of an insurance policy, or a declaration page relating to an insurance policy, in either case showing coverage for flood insurance in an amount reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, the Lenders and the Issuing Lenders and otherwise sufficient to comply with all applicable rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to the Flood Insurance Laws, each of which shall (A) be endorsed or otherwise amended to include a “standard” or “New York” lender's loss payable or mortgagee endorsement (as applicable), (B) name the Administrative Agent, on behalf of the Secured Parties, as additional insured and loss payee/mortgagee, (C) identify the address of each property located in a Special Flood Hazard Area, the applicable flood zone designation and the flood insurance coverage and deductible relating thereto and (D) be otherwise in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, the Lenders and the Issuing Lenders. The Administrative Agent has adopted internal policies and procedures that address requirements placed on federally regulated Lenders under the Flood Insurance Laws. The Administrative Agent will post on the applicable electronic platform (or otherwise distribute to each lender in the syndicate) documents that it receives in connection with the Flood Insurance Laws.
