Common use of Flood Laws Clause in Contracts

Flood Laws. The Administrative Agent has adopted internal policies and procedures that address requirements placed on federally regulated lenders under the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994 and related legislation (the “Flood Laws”). Upon request of any Lender, the Administrative Agent will provide to such Lender any documents that the Administrative Agent receives in connection with the Flood Laws. Notwithstanding the foregoing, each Lender and participant is responsible for assuring its own compliance with requirements under Flood Laws.
