Flood Laws. The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence that the Loan Parties have taken all actions required under the Flood Laws and/or requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender to assist in ensuring that each Lender is in compliance with the Flood Laws applicable to the Collateral.
