Borrower shall have provided to Lender evidence satisfactory to Lender as to whether (a) each Existing Project, or any portion thereof, is located in an area designated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development as having special flood or mudslide hazards, and (b) the community in which said Existing Project is located is participating in the National Flood Insurance Program.
