Common use of Flood Zone Properties Clause in Contracts

Flood Zone Properties. All real property that constitutes Collateral and that is a “flood hazard area” in any Flood Insurance Rate Map published by the United States Federal Emergency Management Agency (or any successor agency) is covered by flood insurance with reputable insurance companies not Affiliates of the Borrower, in such amounts and with such deductibles as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request upon at least thirty days prior written notice to the Borrower.
