Common use of Flood Zone Clause in Contracts

Flood Zone. None of the Improvements on the Property are located in an area identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as an area having special flood hazards, or, if any portion of the Improvements is located within such area, Borrower has obtained the insurance prescribed in Section 8.1(a)(i).

Flood Zone. None of the Improvements on the Property are located in an area as identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as an area having special flood hazards, hazards or, if any portion of so located, the Improvements flood insurance required pursuant to Section 5.1(b) is located within such area, Borrower has obtained the insurance prescribed in Section 8.1(a)(i)full force and effect.

Flood Zone. None of the Improvements on the Property are located in an area identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as an area having special flood hazards, or, if any portion of the Improvements (it being understood that for purposes of this representation only, Improvements shall only mean that portion of the Improvements consisting of a clubhouse or community center) is located within such area, Borrower has obtained the insurance prescribed in Section 8.1(a)(i).

Flood Zone. None of the Improvements on the Property are located in an area identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as an area having special flood hazards, or, if any portion of the Improvements is located within such area, Borrower has obtained the insurance prescribed in Section 8.1(a)(i8.1(a)(iv).

Flood Zone. None of the Improvements on the any Individual Property are located in an area identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as an area having special flood hazards, or, if any portion of the Improvements is located within such area, Borrower has obtained the insurance prescribed in Section 8.1(a)(i).

Flood Zone. None of the Improvements on the any Individual Property are located in an area identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as an area having special flood hazards, or, if any portion of the Improvements is located within such area, Mortgage Borrower has obtained the insurance prescribed in Section 8.1(a)(i)) of the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

Flood Zone. None Except as may be set forth in the Title Insurance Policy or otherwise disclosed to Lender in writing, none of the Improvements on the Property are located in an area identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as an area having special flood hazards, or, if any portion of the Improvements is located within such area, Borrower has obtained the insurance prescribed in Section 8.1(a)(i).

None To the best of Borrower's knowledge, none of the Improvements on the Property are located in an area identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as an area having special flood hazards, or, if any portion of the Improvements is located within such area, Borrower has obtained the insurance prescribed in Section 8.1(a)(i).

Flood Zone. None of the Except as disclosed in any survey provided pursuant to Section 3.2(c) hereof, no Improvements on the any Property are located in an area identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as an area having special flood hazards, or, if any Improvements or any Property or portion of the any Improvements is located within such area, Borrower has obtained the insurance prescribed in Section 8.1(a)(i).

Flood Zone. None of the Improvements on the any Individual Property are located in an area identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as an area having special flood hazards, or, if any portion of the Improvements is located within such area, Borrower has and Maryland Owner have obtained the insurance prescribed in Section 8.1(a)(i).

Flood Zone. None of the Improvements on the Property are located in an area identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as an area having special flood hazards, or, if any portion of the Improvements is located within such area, Borrower has obtained the insurance prescribed in Section 8.1(a)(i)7.1(a)(i) hereof.
