Common use of Flood Clause in Contracts

Flood. A policy or policies of flood insurance in the maximum amount of flood insurance available with respect to the Project under the National Flood Insurance Program. This requirement will be waived upon presentation of evidence satisfactory to Lender that no portion of the site is located within an area identified by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as having special flood hazards.

Flood. A policy or policies of flood insurance in the maximum amount of flood insurance available with respect to the Project under the National Flood Insurance ProgramDisaster Protection Act of 1973, as amended. This requirement will be waived with respect to portions of the Project upon presentation of evidence satisfactory to Lender that no such portion of the site Project in question is or will be located within an area identified by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as having special flood hazards.

This requirement will be waived with respect to portions of the Project upon presentation of evidence satisfactory to Lender Administrative Agent that such no portion of the site is Project in question or will be located within an area identified by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as having special flood hazards.

This requirement will be waived upon presentation by a Federally approved certification agent of evidence satisfactory to Lender that no portion of the site Property is located within an area identified by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as having special flood hazards.

A policy or policies of flood insurance in the maximum amount of flood insurance available with respect to the Project under the National Flood Insurance ProgramDisaster Protection Act of 1973, as amended. This requirement will be waived upon presentation of evidence satisfactory to the Lender that no portion of the site Premises is located within an area identified by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as having special flood hazards.

A policy or policies of flood insurance in the maximum amount of flood insurance available with respect to the Project each Lot or Unit under the National Flood Insurance ProgramDisaster Protection Act of 1973, as amended. This requirement will be waived upon presentation of evidence satisfactory to Lender Bank that no portion of the site Premises in question is located within an area identified by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as having special flood hazards.
